We will be holding an on-line auction to raise funds for our Annual OLG Teacher Bonus. Each class will be putting together a basket for this online auction based on specific themes for each class. Please go to www.trackitforward.com/site/84162/events to select the items you would like to donate toward your student's class basket and bring these items to school by Friday, April 26th so that the baskets can be put together, photographed and posted online for the auction. Service hours will be given for items donated - as listed on TrackItForward. Thank you!
All families and friends are invited to this powerful presentation of the Lord's Passion performed by our 6th-8th grade students. This event is open to the community so all are welcome.
The School Advisory Council (SAC) of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic School has come up with a fun and exciting way for you to support our school…and get 21 chances to win money for yourselves! The Mariner’s Weekly Catch is a weekly raffle that will be drawn each Wednesday beginning April 3, 2024 until August 21, 2024. Every Wednesday, a $200 Prepaid Gift Card will be awarded to the winner. Even if you are the winner one week, your ticket will be returned to the pot for more chances to win the rest of the weeks. (So you really have 21 chances to win!) Only 300 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $100 each. Please take advantage of the opportunity to help our school by purchasing a ticket. You will be contacted if you win and each week's winner will be posted on the school's social media. Dates of the drawings are listed on the back of the tickets and may be purchased from the school office or any of the SAC members.

Join us Thursday, September 28th in St Jude Hall @6pm for a Home & School Association meeting. All parents of OLG students are invited! As parents, you are all a part of this organization. The HSA serves to: To foster a greater understanding between the home and school, To offer informative programs of particular interest to parents, To create a greater appreciation of Catholic education & help boost enrollment, To provide financial assistance to the School by supporting fundraising activities, and so much more! The HSA is a vital part of the Mariner Family!
The YMCA will be offering After School Care to OLG families that need these services from 4pm - 6pm each day at their YMCA facility. They will pick up the students from our school and keep OLG students in their own "cohort" or "pod" (aka they will not be in a room with students from other schools to avoid mixing of campuses). For details about this program and to sign up, please see the information attached by clicking on title above.
With the current COVID situation, masks will become a part of the Mariner dress code. OLG has pre-purchased masks in bulk that you can buy through the school & we pass our savings onto you! To see details on the type of masks allowed and other options, click on the document "OLG Masks Information". To order through the school, click on the Mariner Mask Order Form Button at the top of the page.
